Francelina M. Francelina M. Perdomo Klukosky has years of experience in cross-border commercial transactions involving corporate and intellectual property issues. Francelina M. Perdomo Klukosky graduated Magna Cum Laude from Universidad Iberoamericana (Unibe) where she received a Doctor en Derecho Degree (J.D. Equivalent). In addition, Ms. Perdomo Klukosky holds an LL.M from Cornell University Law School and a Certificat in Droit Compare from Universite De Paris I, Pantheon Sorbonne.
